Let's make education work for you. My specialization is social studies although I also tutor Spanish. My main strength is my field experience. I’m not just someone with degree letters after my last name, but someone experienced in the subjects I teach. I have worked in the field of government and politics and also as a Spanish outreach representative for the U.S. Census Bureau.

For example, I’m well-traveled and have an international education, having studied in Egypt, Italy and South Africa. Furthermore, I have worked in government and politics and can therefore offer in internal perspective. As experienced writer whose articles have been published in the Philadelphia Inquirer and other local publications, I can assist others in writing assignments of all styles.

I currently teach as an adjunct professor at nearby Montgomery County Community College, and have mentored several students and helped them succeed.

Education to me is a two-way street and in addition to helping my students reach their goal, I always leave with the feeling that I have learned something new.
