"I knew as a teenager that technology was going to be the centerpiece of my career and hobbies. Now I'm an IT project manager by day, and a maker by night. I'm an Air Force veteran, Masters degree graduate, and FCC licensed Amateur Extra radio operator. Software, operating systems, and electronics are all pastimes that I turned into paying jobs.

I've been an instructor for CompTIA certifications since 2012, mostly often Linux+. I've tutored middle school and high school students in introductory programming or electronics principles. I've tutored college students in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Electronic Engineering classes.

"Toy" electronics like Arduino and Raspberry pi are making hands-on electronics and programming more accessible than ever, and these skills pay real dividends at real jobs in information technology, engineering, or robotics industries.
