"I have degrees in Physics and Computer Science From Texas A&M, College Station, Texas, and lifetime Texas Teaching certifications in Physics and Computer Science. As of 2025, I have Texas Teaching certifications in ALL Science and Math courses from 6th through 12th grades!

Starting in 1985 (at the beginning of the computing era) I spent almost 20 years as a Software Engineer working for companies like Digital Switch, Motorola and Texas Instruments. I developed software for mainframes, pcs, pagers, cell phones, and other custom-built systems like phone switches and calculators. In 2005, I began a 20 year career as a High School Teacher teaching AP & Regular: Physics, Chemistry, Math, Robotics & Computer courses.

After having taught thousands of students, I firmly believe I can help anyone understand if they wish to do so. I will lay it out logically and tell you what you need to do to improve.

As a teacher I also sponsored UIL Math, Calculator, Number Sense and Science competitions for 18 years. I've taught ACT and SAT Test Preparation courses.
