"I graduated with honors from Parsons School of Design's Product Design BFA program in 2016. Throughout my time in college I constantly found myself assisting my classmates with their Solidworks modeling. In my last major position I ran the summer internship program & provided Solidworks "Bootcamps" for the interns to catch them up on skills they did not learn in their classes but would need in the internship & their professional careers. It was here that I discovered my love for teaching & helping my students accomplish their goals.

When working in the field, a designer may have to revisit their Solidworks files hundreds of times, making small adjustments and revisions. Therefore, I teach strategies to make these changes quick and easy (reduce the amount of broken models!), from the proper use of layout and guide sketches, to using equations, formulas, and configuration tables.

My tutoring fee includes a half hour of additional assignment / homework review via e-mail at the end of the week. I have a 12 hour advance notice requirement for cancellations, although I try to be as flexible as I can (emergencies happen)." less...
