As an experienced high school special education and science teacher, I am very familiar with the challenges that come with those transitions and would be happy to help your student find more success. Whether they need help organizing their assignments, creating a plan of attack for their new workload, or help tracking assignment completion, I can help!

In addition, as a veteran Biology teacher, I also can help students who are struggling in high school biology class. Whether students are having a difficult time with the vocabulary, punnett squares or protein synthesis, I can help them get through Biology.

I have been teaching special education and science for more than ten years and love it! I am certified to teach mild to moderate disabilities (grades 5-12), high school biology, and middle school mathematics. During the school year, I co-teach grade 9/10 biology, intro to physics, and chemistry. I also teach small group biology and physics, and study skills. My small group classes are my favorite. I love being able to help students one-on-one, so tutoring is especially enjoyable.
