"I have been working in education for over 10 years. I started out in Elementary School, working with children who have special needs. I moved on to the high school level 4 years ago and recently started working with children who have learning disabilities. I try different strategies and give the students time to think through their answers.

My main goal is to help the student feel successful, to help them understand what they are learning and hopefully why they are learning it. I want to see them happy with being independent. My goal is to work myself out of a job because the student no longer would need my help :)
