I have been a middle and high school special education teacher for the last 13 years! I’ve worked with students of all disability types and have a specialty in the area of middle level mathematics.

Working with students with disabilities is something that I’m very passionate about, I won Teacher of the Year in 2016 and have served on many boards, committees, and mentoring platforms to support aspiring special education teachers.

I have an engaging personality and the patience and heart to work with students who may need more support than the traditional tutor can provide.

I currently have a masters degree in special education and am pursing a second masters in educational leadership with hopes of becoming an assistant principal one day soon.

I’m also a mom of two littles, so I know the importance of a strong academic foundation.
