"Hello! I'm Savanna. I recently graduated from my doctoral program in clinical psychology at Stanford University. I attended Boston College as an undergrad and received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology. I have 5 years of tutoring experience working with people of all ages, learning abilities, and styles. I have also worked in preparing lesson materials for summer camps and collaborated extensively with schools. I am passionate about the subjects I know, and I am excited to share that with others. I like to translate the material in a relevant, applicable way to understand how the content is used in the real world. I believe math is a subject that seems daunting to many people, but once learned, it can be very rewarding and applicable to the real world. Understanding problem-solving is an important skill to have. I have received top scores on the math sections of the SAT and GRE exams. I have five years tutoring math at an elementary, middle, and high school levels including algebra, geometry and pre-calculus.

I have used Adobe Photoshop for nine years as a hobby and professionally. During undergrad, I was the Photography Editor for the student newspaper where I did many different photo editing techniques for online and print publications, as well as taught these techniques to my group of photography staff members.
