"I have helped hundreds of students write successful application essays to top colleges, medical schools, nursing schools, graduate schools, and business schools. I also provide application counseling and coach public speaking for application interviews.

My approach empowers students to speak in their own unique voice. We don’t look at “successful” application essays because that would be like imitating a fingerprint. We do spend time brainstorming. We do spend time drawing out an engaging story. Then the application essay writing flows naturally.

I am a natural storyteller who has worked as a journalist, screenwriter, and award-winning filmmaker. Having directed Oscar-winning actors, I am comfortable coaching public speaking and application interviews. My most impressive credential, though, is helping raise four college-educated children, so I know how to bring out the best in young people. There is no more valuable endeavor and no greater satisfaction.
