"Greetings, I'm Jackie M., and I've spent over a decade honing my craft as an educator. Throughout my career, I've served students in various roles, including as a tutor, camp counselor, swim coach, Robotics & STEM Coach, substitute, student teacher, and lead teacher. For three years, from 2019 to 2022, I worked as a 4th-grade teacher at Amana Academy, a STEM school located in Alpharetta, Georgia, where I also served as the STEM & Robotics Club Coach for middle school and upper elementary students.

I hold a bachelor's and master's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Georgia, where I also earned a certification in disability studies. Additionally, I obtained a certification in Middle School Science during my teaching career. I'm a firm believer in the power of technology, and I love using it for teaching and tutoring students.

My teaching philosophy revolves around developing and implementing customized plans to help students meet or exceed their grade level expectations. I identify learning gaps and provide students with a strong foundation for growth. Furthermore, I've created plans that enrich students' learning and encourage them to explore knowledge beyond their curriculum.
