"I am Jim. Many years ago, I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering. After spending two years working, I went back and received my Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. However, my academic credentials are not what set me apart as a tutor. I have spent well over three decades in the aerospace industry putting academic principles into practice and mentoring the younger generations in the ways of STEM.

I work in the aerospace industry and have had a wide range of experiences that tend to make my subject areas come to life. I have been involved in launching rockets, UAVs and large scientific balloons. I spend a lot of time reading up on the latest hotness in various technical fields in order to put theory into practice.

Throughout my 30-year career in the aerospace industry, tutoring and mentoring have been a big part of my life. In perhaps my most formal teaching endeavor, I prepared and delivered a 16-week duration short-course on particle and rigid body dynamics for interested individuals working for a well known space oriented agency. I was given the opportunity to conduct a guest lecture series on orbital mechanics for a Space Systems class at a local university.

I have been tutoring online since 2019. During this time, I have provided thousands of live lesson sessions in a variety of topics with several tutoring relationships that spanned multiple semesters. I tutor in STEM, and STEM is about solving problems.
