"As a student of life, I bring an expansive fund of knowledge to the field of education. I am innovative in teaching methods and radiate warmth and enthusiasm to the learning process. Although my primary area of expertise is health and science, I have experience teaching a variety subjects. Specific passions of mine include French, creative writing, psychology and history.

As a former college instructor, I am knowledgeable about learning theories and am intuitive when evaluating a student's individual learning style. My previous students have described me as approachable, warm and empathetic. I was named outstanding instructor of the year two years in a row. I have the ability to make learning fun as well as challenging. One of my innate talents is to present complex concepts in understandable terms. I am encouraging and skillful at bringing out the best in each student. My manner is calm while assisting individuals to strive for excellence.
