"Hello, it's nice to "meet" you! I'm Kylene, and I am here to help you learn how to use Sketchup! I am versed in both architecture and biology. I attended the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design (MIAD) where I earned my BFA in Interior Architecture and Design. During those four years, I used and eventually mastered both Sketchup and AutoCAD (2D). I continue to use both programs as well as Tekla at my current place of employment.

When the pandemic hit, I suddenly had a lot of time on my hands. I decided to use this time to go back to school where I spent the next year learning about biodiversity and the natural world. I love learning and helping those who want to learn as well.

In addition to my degrees, I also hold three certifications. Two were earned at the Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC); Basic Excel Certification and a Time Management Certification. I am also certified in Human Subjects Research and Ethics through the Institutional Review Boards (IRB) and the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Regarding tutoring, I most recently had the honor of teaching an old professor (approx. 60 y/o) of mine. He personally sought after my expertise. My efforts were rewarded in that I was offered to teach a Sketchup course the following year to incoming freshmen (age range approx. between 18 - 22).

I would love the chance to help you expand your understanding and skillset in Sketchup / AutoCAD. Knowledge is the key to opening opportunities for one's future endeavors! Plus, who doesn't like learning in 3D? Being able to see drawings come to life is an incredible visual tool.
