"Hello! My name is Jen, and I’m looking forward to helping you learn chemistry. For the past several years, I’ve helped hundreds of students in high school and college improve their understanding of chemistry through online tutoring. I found chemistry challenging as a high school student, and that experience helps me understand how difficult mastery can be. My own struggles made me curious about learning more, and I went on to earn my Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Chemistry.

After receiving my degrees, I spent about 10 years teaching community college chemistry courses while working in a research laboratory. During that time, I discovered that my one-on-one interactions with students were the most rewarding.
