"I love teaching and could not see myself in any other profession. Whether it is elementary, high school, college level, or beyond working with students is my passion, and I will work tirelessly to make sure your child receives high quality lessons and experiences success.

I have over 10 years of tutoring and teaching experience and have achieved the highest standardized test scores at my school for the past five years. I endeavor to work as a reading specialist, ESOL teacher, or intervention specialist and have excelled in my post-graduate work to get certified in these fields.

I currently teach first grade, but have worked with students from Pre-K-high school. I am certified and highly qualified in the state of MD, PA, and DE in Elementary Education K-8 and Reading Education K-12. I am also certified to teach ESOL. I have also studied Spanish and can tutor and communicate in both Spanish and English.

In addition to my teaching experience, I have tutored for Read-to-Succeed, Learn-It, and Sylvan Learning, and specialize in Reading, Writing, Study Skills, Elementary Studies, and Test Preparation; however, I am certified to teach 22 subjects.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental approach when working with students. I am positive and patient and work with your child's strengths to help them succeed and build self-confidence and awareness. I bring with me a wealth of experience and materials.
