"I have been teaching the SAT for the past ten years and been teaching high school and college mathematics for the past seven years. While many tutors just answer questions and solve sample problems for students, I teach and help students develop a strategic problem-solving skill set, one which would guarantee not only a very high SAT score in math, but also admission to the best colleges/universities in the country. I am a professional instructor who helps students master problem solving techniques by emphasizing on the student’s unique individual learning needs. 1) You are looking to make a huge jump – for example, from a 500 to 710, or 600 to 780 on the SAT math, or a 23 to 33 on the ACT, math sections; 2) You are a high-achieving student aiming for the Ivy League and looking to go from the 90th percentile to 99th percentile (results five of my students achieved this year).

I only bill for time spent in sessions. I do not bill for the many hours I spend outside of session. I create individualized curriculum, carefully track their progress and strengths/weaknesses, suggest the best materials, create study schedules and timetables for testing and retesting, work on pacing and test strategy, and so much more.
