"Hi! I’m Chandler. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in English from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. While studying, I discovered how much I enjoyed courses that explored reading, writing, and how stories shape our world. That interest grew into a passion for helping others improve their reading and writing skills—especially young students who need patience, encouragement, and structure.

I’ve worked in youth mentoring and counseling settings, where I focused on building confidence and communication skills in kids and teens. My tutoring style is warm, engaging, and tailored to each student’s unique pace and personality. I make sure we work step-by-step through reading passages, vocabulary, or writing assignments, using relatable examples and encouraging conversation to keep students involved.
