I earned a bachelor of science in business administration (BSBA) from Western Carolina University, majoring in business administration and law, a pre-law program. In addition to business classes, I had multiple law classes such as air & space law, business ethics & corporate responsibility, business organization, contracts & sales, media law, estate planning, and more. I also attended Fayetteville State University for coursework in strategic management as part of my degree.

I earned a master’s in business administration (MBA) with a double concentration in entrepreneurship and business analytics from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management. As part of the MBA program, I took the required three residencies and many core business classes, including marketing management, microeconomics, strategic management, venture capital, finance, managerial accounting, and more. As part of my entrepreneurship and business analytic concentrations, I took foundations of entrepreneurship, global entrepreneurial management, leadership in organizations, business analytics, accounting analytics, marketing analytics, and data analysis.

During my time in school, I would periodically help fellow students better understand the subject matter concerning law and business, including interpretation, concepts, definitions, and applications. Sometimes these subjects are taught confusingly, but I made the topics relatable and more understandable, which helped my classmates.

In addition to my formal education, I previously started two small businesses, which I had for several years, so I’m able to utilize my education, and business background help students grasp concepts to enhance their business knowledge." less...
