"I have always been a Teacher! My first degree, (Bachelors) was in Math for Secondary Education. I love Algebra and helping students understand it. We use math everywhere everyday and I find it fun! I went back to school to become an RN, then got my Masters Degree in Clinical Leadership.

Since then, I taught Nursing at Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing and at the University of Maryland School of Nursing as well as teaching CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) for the American Red Cross and the American Heart Association. I just love to help people understand how the body works scientifically and to give them those "aha" moments of clarity. I can happily say I have an excellent pass rate with those students I've worked with who are repeat NCLEX takers. Let's figure out what your areas of weakness are and boost them up!

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematical Science from Penn State University and was originally licensed as a PA State Secondary Education (grades 6-12) Teacher for Math. I can teach SAT Math Prep.

I enjoy proofreading and helping ESOL learners with their pronunciation, grammar, spelling, and comfort level in the English language. More recently, I have been tutoring those who need help passing a Board Test, like the GED, GRE, NCLEX, ACT, and others. I specialize in the Math and Medical portions. I also help with Medical ESL.

Most of my tutoring is online now. I will meet at the Laurel Libraries. Let me know what you're having trouble with and I'll help you fill in those gaps.
