"I have had the privilege of teaching and tutoring for 33 years. I have 3 earned degrees, including a Bachelors in Education degree from Pensacola Christian College (1992), an Associate or Arts degree from Hobe Sound Bible College (1992), and a Masters Degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (1996). I am presently employed full time at Northside Christian Academy where I teach in a classroom and tutor about 15 students on a weekly basis. It is a highlight of mine to see student's grasp what I am teaching them; it is extremely rewarding. I am happily married with 5 children from 15 years to 28 years. As a principal and as a teacher, I taught students in grades 7-12 Literature, Science, English, Math, and Music. Although my strengths are in Music and English, I also teach unicycling and juggling. I have enjoyed teaching students ranging from age 2-84. I do have experience teaching children with special needs and autism. The instruments I teach (with 33 years experience) include, flute, clarinet, oboe, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, French horn, baritone/euphonium, tuba, drums, bells, piano, violin, and guitar.
