"Hi! I'm Ty, a computer programmer. If you'd like to learn the basics of programming in an enjoyable environment you have come to the right place.

Here is a little about me. I have spent 8 years developing mods in Minecraft and the last 4 years as a professional tutor. After graduating high school with a 4.0, I spent the next 3 years taking computer science courses in college, getting trained in 3-D modeling software and obtaining certifications in website development. During this time, I also began my career as an online tutor, teaching a variety of subjects ranging from chess, 3D modeling, game design and computer programming. Coding has become my area of expertise and my favorite subject to teach.

I believe Minecraft is the perfect base to learn code while staying engaged and passionate about the subject. I have taught 5000+ lessons to students ranging in ages from 12 to 20, helping them emerge into incredible coders!

My lessons are built around you and the direction you want your mod to go. You'll be coding items, blocks, mobs, and so much more, all while learning the core essentials of Java. If you have no experience coding, that is perfectly fine. I'll have you done with your first item within lesson one.
