"I have been successfully tutoring students for the NCLEX exam for the past 14 years. I also tutor medical surgical nursing and critical care nursing with cardiac care being my specialty. I personally have worked in Medical Surgical Nursing and Cardiac Care Unit Nursing. I have been a Nursing Education Specialist in the hospital setting and have been an Associate Professor of Nursing. I have also been a clinical instructor of Pediatrics/Med-Surg and Critical Care Nursing. I currently work in Staff Development in a hospital setting and am a Grant Funded Tutor for a local Nursing School. I have tutored first time NCLEX students as well as those who have been unsuccessful after several attempts. So don't let that discourage you, with the right approach, success is possible!:-). I prefer a coffee shop setting for tutoring as they are not as formal as libraries but tend to have a quiet atmosphere. They also generally convenient to meet at and have ample parking.
