"I’ve scored in the top 1% on both the MCAT and DAT, and I know how to help students reach their goals. I’m also a long-term writing tutor and former anatomy/physiology & biology TA with 8+ years of experience. So, whether you're prepping for the MCAT/DAT, working on an application, writing an essay, or struggling in a course, I’m here to help.
Test Prep: On the DAT, I scored 28 AA (99.9th %ile), including perfect 30s in Bio, Gen Chem, & Orgo. On the MCAT, I scored 522 (99th %ile) with a perfect 132 on CARS. My students see measurable results: 125→128 CARS after 1 session, +12 points after 4 weeks, going from never finishing a section to completing it with time to spare. I work with students on everything—content, strategies, reviews, pacing, study schedule, etc. These tests are NOT easy, and I’m 100% committed to helping you succeed :).
Personal Statements/Applications: I'm a CRLA certified writing tutor with years of experience guiding students through the application process. Whether you're applying to college, medical/dental school, grad programs, or scholarships, I help you craft essays that are compelling and successful. Recent results: acceptances into med school, dental school, T10 undergrad programs.
Academic Writing: I work with students from high school to graduate level across disciplines, providing detailed paragraph-by-paragraph feedback across multiple drafts. I also make sure to teach transferable writing skills—to help you become a stronger writer, not just end up with a stronger essay.
Ultimately (and obviously), regardless of the subject, every student is different, which is why my #1 priority is to build sessions around how YOU actually learn. Even if something doesn’t stick the first time, my favorite part of tutoring is working together with a student to discover what fiiiinally clicks. I also strongly prioritize session efficiency and building independence." less...
