"I have a bachelor’s degree in English with a concentration in writing and teaching writing. I also have a history minor. Before I went back to school to earn my master’s in secondary education, I worked as a copy editor and proofreader for several years.

I currently teach eighth grade English language arts and am about to finish my seventh year of teaching. I truly enjoy teaching and guiding students in the art of writing. It is definitely better to work with students one on one, as I believe that is how anyone can improve, no matter the subject.

I have been tutoring after school for five years and generally tutor in math and reading."
