After more than a decade of work in Higher Education at a diverse group of universities, ranging from selective liberal arts colleges to large public research institutions, I now work to support students and families through the college admission process.

I have come to this work with a Master's Degree in International Studies, and with significant experience working with students and emerging adults. I have served on admission selection committees, developed global programs for institutions, and coached students through competitive fellowship and scholarship applications.

My leadership experience in higher education has given me a unique vantage point; allowing me to support students with perspective, knowledge, and care. I always aim to make a genuine connection and to focus on students' preferences, interests, and needs.

I work with students and families who are genuinely seeking the best fit school. I can help you as you choose potential colleges to visit; plan visits' and prepare for interviews; decide where to apply; explore academic fields and programs of interest; developing, drafting and finalizing your personal statements, short answers and essays; applications for financial aid and scholarships, and more.

I am also available for graduate school consulting services, gap year advising, early career advising, and advising in the international education space.

I have served as a writing tutor for dozens of students applying for merit-based scholarship and fellowships. My former clients have received nationally competitive awards such as Fulbright, Benjamin Gilman Scholarship, and Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship. I aim to make writing straightforward and enjoyable.

I have experience teaching in the social sciences at the university level. I am excited to support students who need additional support.
