"I have enjoyed tutoring throughout high school, college, and even while in medical school. I have worked as a tutor since 2012 in various cities, including Pittsburgh, Boston, and Chicago. I graduated medical school from a Top 20 institution, and I hope to help others with my knowledge and abilities. I scored in the 97th percentile on my MCAT purely through self-study, with a distinction of scoring in the 100th percentile on the Verbal section. I have longitudinal experience with the MCAT since 2013 with familiarity with both the old and new MCAT and how it has changed over time. Whether it is working extensively to review the basic science material, setting up an individualized study plan, or working with a student to assess progress and identify techniques to break through a slump in practice tests scores, I believe I am able to help any student reach measured and consistent improvements on his or her MCAT. Every student I have consistently tutored has shown marked improvement.

I scored in the 99th percentile on my ACT and have achieved multiple perfect section scores under testing conditions. More important than my own stats, however, is the variety of teaching styles and techniques that I employ to help students achieve their absolute best score. All my students truly learn both the knowledge AND the test taking skills necessary to have consistent success on the ACT. I also have experience with a variety of scientific, mathematic, and philosophical subjects, with particular expertise in tutoring both General Chemistry and Organic Chemistry topics.
