(a) break the workload down into achievable pieces;

(b) support you as you tackle the challenges of each essay; and

(c) help you make meaningful progress every session.

Our first meeting will identify themes for the personal statement; by our third meeting, we'll have a draft and a comprehensive action plan.

QUALIFICATIONS

I acquired my zest for writing at Yale, where I graduated in the top five percent, and then earned a master's degree from Tufts. I'm a Teacher Consultant for the National Writing Project, and I've served for five years as a Mentor for the Fulbright Commission. In April 2025 I earned a Certificate in Writing from UC Berkeley, with distinction.
