"Hi! My name is Kate. Ever since I was young I excelled at all things related to the English language. I firmly believe that reading is important to the emotional and intellectual development of children. Not only is it instrumental in developing critical thinking and public speaking skills, reading is an amazing way of developing empathy and a hunger to learn about our vast and complicated world.

I have a B.A. in English and minor in Sociology from Temple University. My classes covered everything from literature analysis to sociolinguistics. My senior thesis was an analysis of the role of editorship in our interpretation of poetry. Post graduation I have worked as a technical writer, in non-profit fundraising, and most recently as a Salesforce Admin for major financial institution.

I began using Salesforce as an end user 5 years ago and slowly acquired more and more experience until I decided to make the jump to being an Admin. Since then I have gained my Admin, Advanced Admin, and Platform App Builder certs and have managed user orgs of 25 and 300+ users.
