"I am dedicated to helping students meet and excel in their academic goals in high school as they prepare to embark on the college application process. My ultimate goal is to get high-achieving and ambitious students to be as prepared for getting into a college of their choice and succeeding while there.

I hold a dual bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Political Science from Loyola Marymount University (High Honors), my MPhil from the University of Cambridge (where I received the mark of distinction) and am completing my PhD in Political Theory at Cornell University. I have taught college students at Cornell University for the past three years across several courses in the Government department and have taught some of my own courses at Cornell in the last couple of years. While completing my PhD, I have received several honors and awards for my research and writing. I am writing my own dissertation on a theory of environmental and racial justice.

Due to my focus in writing and research, I am prepared to help students for a short or long-term period learn how to become better writers and thinkers, ultimately assisting them in their college applications. I am also especially happy to help students (high school or college level) who would like to get stronger in their comprehension of history (American and World from 18th to the 20th centuries), their comprehension of philosophy, and their skill level in writing across a range of social studies subjects.
