"Hello, my name is Dr. Don, and I am currently an astronomy postdoctoral researcher. I have a PhD in astrophysics (2024) and a Master's degree in physics (2019), both obtained while maintaining a GPA > 3.6. As a previous community college employee, I spent 5 years tutoring mathematics ranging from introductory algebra to advanced calculus. In that time I also tutored college-level Newtonian mechanics and electromagnetism. Later, as a graduate student, I instructed multiple astronomy lab courses for undergraduate students and received overwhelmingly positive student feedback on my course evaluations. In addition to math, physics, and astronomy, I have gained much experience in Python programming and have had much success at teaching it to STEM graduate students.
