I graduated from York Technical College with an Associates Degree in Business Administration. Later, I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Winthrop University. I have taught for approximately 15 years. I have taught in public, private, and charter schools. I am currently the Special Education Coordinator at an elementary school.

I am married with two adult sons. I have three dogs, one cat, and seven chickens. I hatched my chickens with my students in a second grade classroom."
