"I am a recent college graduate with a Bachelors of Arts in History. I have extensive experience working in both educational and childcare programs. As well as some previous tutoring experience in the Tacoma Area.

I have been passionate about working with children from the time that I volunteered with a local day camp during high school. This passion continued to develop as I worked in a after school program in the Tacoma School District in 2007. This particular experience gave me both experience working as part of a team, interacting with elementary age children, and also a chance to plan and carry out activities for elementary level students. Along with these experiences, I gained an ability to work in an educational environment with children that come from diverse backgrounds.
