"I spent almost two decades as a newspaper reporter, bureau chief and editor, as well as a columnist and limited free-lance writing. I believe the best way to learn is hands on, the pupil needs to experience the effort and learn from the work involved, the effort is a teacher itself. One-on-one with a student allows the two working as a team to reach the set goals in a fun yet productive way.
