"I am a current Molecular Environmental Biology student at the University of California, Berkeley, with a strong academic foundation in the life sciences as well as a deep passion for teaching and mentorship. I have several years of hands-on tutoring experience with elementary school students, working in both volunteer and classroom-based settings. I have supported students in math and English, helping them build confidence, strengthen foundational skills, and develop positive learning habits. My approach is patient, encouraging, and highly individualized—I adapt lessons to each student’s learning style and pace, whether that means breaking concepts into smaller steps, using visual examples, or incorporating real-world connections to keep students engaged.
