"Hello! My name is Lucy and I recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from UC San Diego with a B.S. in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience and a minor in Global Health. I earned a 4.0 GPA and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society for my academic achievements. I have a strong background in psychology, neuroscience, and cognitive science, and I’m especially passionate about helping students understand and think critically about how the brain and behavior connect. Over the past several years, I’ve tutored middle school, high school, and college students one-on-one, primarily focusing on math and psychology subjects. I scored 5s in AP Calculus AB, AP Calculus BC, and AP Psychology, as well as received A’s or A+’s in all my math and psychology related courses throughout my time at UCSD. My thorough engagement with the course material has deepened my understanding of the topics and strengthened my ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
