"I'm an undergraduate student at UC Irvine majoring in Computer Science and previously interned as a Software Engineer at Meta. I have extensive experience tutoring STEM related subjects such as Algebra, AP Physics 1, AP Computer Science A, and AP Computer Science Principles. Having coached many students to earn As in their AP classes, I've developed a tutoring approach that emphasizes individualized learning plans for each student in order to target areas for growth. Each lesson is tailored to your specific needs, whether it be homework help, direct instruction to clarify certain topics, or exam preparation. In my lessons, I provide students with a conceptual understanding of the subject they're learning so they have the confidence to apply it to new scenarios that they have not seen before. This is especially important in subjects like Physics and Chemistry, which contain topics that build on each other as students progress through the year. I am patient and understanding when it comes to grasping new topics, and I am always open to feedback and constructive criticism.

As for my academic qualifications, I've taken Advanced Placement Examinations (AP) for Calculus BC, Physics 1, Computer Science A, and Computer Science Principles, and scored a 5 on each, which is the highest score possible. I'm also a National Merit Finalist, having scored in the top 99th percentile for the PSAT examination that I took in my Junior year.
