"Hello! I am a dedicated and versatile tutor specializing in Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology for middle and high school students. My unique background in Biology and Philosophy at the University of Texas at Austin allows me to bridge the gap between the Humanities and STEM. I believe there is a great deal of critical and reflective thinking required in science subjects, and I truly enjoy watching and helping students find the right answers on their own.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Science in Human Biology and a Certificate in Philosophy. I have undergone General Biology and Chemistry, and am very interested in understanding science, allowing me to help others well. I currently have a 4.0 GPA and graduated from high school with honors, to attest to my academic capability.

My experience includes:

2 years of experience tutoring students ranging from 6th to 12th grade.

Helping students navigate homework, prepare for AP/Honors exams, and improve general study skills.

For Science (Biology/Chemistry): I focus heavily on visualization and scaffolding. We move beyond rote memorization to understand processes. For example, when teaching cell division or stoichiometry, I use diagrams and real-world analogies to make abstract concepts concrete.

For English: I treat writing as a structured logic puzzle. I help students organize their thoughts into coherent outlines before they ever write a sentence, ensuring their essays are argumentative and clear.
