"Hi, I’m Evelyn! I started my college career at the University of California, San Diego, and am now attending the University of Vermont. I’m majoring in General Biology on a pre-med track, and am a very hard worker in school. I understand the hassle that managing grades can be, so I’m determined to help my students as much as possible with their work. I was previously tutored at a well-known tutoring company, and my math skill improvements allowed me to excel in school and still stick with me to this day. I aspire to have the same effects on my own students, and aim for them to leave each session with greater confidence in themselves.

All that I ask for is that my students send me photos of their work or information about the topics they’d like to review, along with any specific questions or concerns they have before our session. This helps me prepare thoroughly and make the most of our time together. I work with each student by first explaining the topic and how to approach it, ensuring we go over any pre-session questions they sent me as well. One part of my learning plan is to provide additional practice problems so we can work through problems together and practice the strategies learned.
