I worked hard to grasp material and achieve my high grades in school. In turn, I greatly desire to understand the my students' struggles and intercede in the frustration(s) surrounding them. I am patient to understand how my student is thinking about the material and then gentle to correct where the thinking went awry. A friend once described me as the most attentive listener she has ever met.

My algebra knowledge remains fresh from use even though I haven't studied it in school since 2001.

My anatomy and physiology knowledge I keep fresh from my massage therapy career. I was graduated from National Massage Therapy Institute in 2012 with a 3.8 GPA, and am currently practicing massage.
