"Adam is an award-winning journalist, news producer, and editorial cartoonist. Adam is currently a tenure-track assistant journalism professor at California State University-Dominguez Hills, where he serves as the faculty advisor for student media.

Adam's past experience includes newsroom leadership roles at NBC in San Diego, and Al Jazeera English in Washington, D.C. While in D.C., he also worked for Newsy (Scripps News) as a field producer and on-air reporter. During the 2021-2022 academic year, Adam was a visiting journalism professor at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.

Adam is also an accomplished illustrator, having won two Society of Professional Journalists awards for editorial cartooning. His work has been featured by CNN, The Huffington Post, and Game Informer Magazine.
