"My name is Geoffrey L. and I am a 4th-year PhD candidate in chemistry. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Chemical Biology. I was also Goldwater Scholarship nominee and won the Most Outstanding Undergraduate in Organic Chemistry Award in 2016. After graduating, I worked as a Junior Specialist in the England Lab at the University of California, San Francisco, where I helped to develop pharmaceutical drug candidates to treat Parkinson's Disease. In 2021, I returned to the University of Southern California to pursue my PhD in chemistry.

During my senior year at USC, I led recitation and weekly review sessions for the undergraduate organic chemistry courses.
