"My academic background is rooted in both quantitative and communication-focused work. I scored an 800 on the SAT Math section and an 800 on the Math Level II Subject Test, and I earned a 5 on the AP US History exam. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from USC’s Marshall School of Business, earned a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst certification, and hold a California Real Estate Salesperson License. At USC, I served as a one-on-one student mentor in the Coury Leadership Program, where I worked with students individually to strengthen study strategies, build academic confidence, and approach challenging material with structure rather than stress.
I love the confidence that comes from learning something new, and I tutor because I want students to feel that same confidence. My job is to make complex ideas clear, build strong fundamentals, and help students develop a toolkit they can use under pressure.
My approach is patient, clear, and steady. Whether we’re preparing for the real estate licensing exam, strengthening GMAT reasoning skills, or mastering U.S. History material, we move at the student’s pace and reinforce the fundamentals on which everything else depends. I break big concepts into small, repeatable steps that make even the most challenging topics feel manageable. I believe students learn best when they feel supported and capable, so sessions are designed to shift responsibility over time from me modeling the process to the student taking the lead with growing confidence.
What matters most to me is helping students recognize their strengths and use them intentionally. Tutoring isn’t just about improving grades in the moment; it’s about building durable skills, curiosity, and confidence that carry into future classes, test environments, and early career choices. Every student has strengths worth developing. I help them uncover those strengths and learn to use them well." less...
