"Excellent, Detailed and Exciting"
Shafay Yasin is an excellent tutor. I am being taught by him to help aid me in passing my USMLE Step 1 exam. He is excited about teaching and mentoring. He goes through each subject thoroughly and makes sure you are understanding not only the concepts but how one system or topic can relate to another system or topic and how everything is intertwined together. He will ask comprehension questions from different view points so there is complete understanding of the topic.
When asked a question, he is able to give a full detailed response of the concept. He is very patient and wants to make sure all areas are covered and understood before moving forward. If I need clarification on a topic he will go back and reexplain the topic
When going through First Aid for Step1 prep I feel that not only do I understand what the bullet points are but the concept behind so it helps to answer more complicated questions by utilizing that concept knowledge.
I would highly recommend Shafay Yasin to anyone looking for a USMLE tutor.
