"Christie M. graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Stephen F. Austin University. She was the Highest Ranking Senior of the University in her graduation year and maintained a 4.0 GPA. She earned a Tutor 1 certification from the College Reading and Learning Association and has been tutoring and teaching for over 20 years.

Christie has extended her teacher training and passed state tests for a generalist teacher in grades pre-k- through 8 and ESL. She has certifications in TEFL and TESOL and has taught English as a second language to Chinese students for three years. Christie has helped English learners acquire essential skills from many aspects of language arts, including grammar, pronunciation, reading, writing, speaking, and test preparation.
