"I had been a Librarian for forty years and have tutored English subjects in various library jobs in my career most notably at the Career Institute of Technology and informally at Briarcliff College as part of my Reference duties.

I am 65 years old, now retired, and would very much like to tutor adult students who have needs in my specialities and subjects. I am particularly interested in teaching English as a second language to new immigrants.

I have taught Ethics at C.W. Post Palmer School of Library Science, and have lectured extensively in public libraries throughout Nassau County. I do not have a teaching degree since my major was in Library Science, but my love for writing, literature, and public speaking has always been a part of my life.
