"I have over twelve years of education experience specializing in Humanities and Gifted/Talented Education. I work with students and families to create learning contexts in which learners can tap into their unrealized brilliance.

I began my career as a middle school teacher, facilitating and developing courses for G/T English, Creative Writing and College Readiness. I then served as the lead teacher of middle school Humanities at a magnet school for highly gifted students. I have served as a district coordinator for secondary advanced academics, supervising high school AP courses as well as the middle grades G/T program. I have also worked as a regional advanced academics consultant for the State of Texas.
