"With almost two decades as a teacher leader, I have worked with students from various backgrounds and abilities. I have a proven track record of success by taking many students several grade levels beyond their current in reading and writing. I love working with students, especially individually, because it allows me to tailor lessons to their specific needs to assist in improving upon those weaknesses.
