"I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bellevue College, a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Washington, and I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity at Georgia Tech. My educational background gives me a strong foundation in math, writing, programming, critical thinking, and technical problem-solving. I am comfortable teaching subjects ranging from Python, algorithms, and basic programming to algebra, geometry, calculus, and academic writing.

I have several years of experience teaching and tutoring students of all ages. I worked as a Lead Instructor at a private learning academy, where I taught middle school and high school students in subjects such as Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, AP Computer Science, in addition to SAT and ACT prep. I also served as a Teaching Assistant in Computer Architecture at Bellevue College, where I helped college students debug code, understand concepts in C and ARM assembly, and strengthen their math foundations. Additionally, I taught introductory programming to younger learners as a coding instructor, helping beginners feel confident with Scratch and Python through hands-on learning and clear explanations.

My approach to tutoring is patient, adaptable, and focused on building real understanding. I always aim to meet students where they are—whether they need help catching up, getting ahead, or preparing for specific exams. Because of my background as both an engineer and an educator, I’m able to break down difficult topics into simple, intuitive steps and explain the “why” behind each idea.
