"I am a special education teacher in the state of Illinois with 12 years of experience. I am a Wilson Dyslexia Practitioner as well as certified in the Orton-Gillingham approach trained through the Children's Dyslexia Centers. Many of my students or clients have an array of deficits, and with the knowledge of many these interventions, I am able to create an intervention plan that will meet those needs.

I have experience with using programs such as: Reading Mastery, Wilson Reading, Jolly Phonics, Jolly Grammar, Esperanza (Spanish Orton Gillingham), Read Naturally, Connecting Math Concepts, Heggerty, Lindamood Bell(Verbalizing and Visualizing) and the Orton-Gillingham method. I truly do love teaching as it allows me to individualize instruction for each student.
