"Words build words. At 12, I was thrust into the front of a debate classroom with ten kids and no coach. I had a vision coupled with innocent determination. By seventeen, I was teaching debate at Yale and leading a team that went on to win the New York State Championships, ranking among the top twenty congressional debaters in the nation. Debate taught me how to take something complicated and make it unforgettable. College essays are the same - I want to understand every aspect of you to elevate your story to its highest capability.

Now I’m at the University of Southern California, double-majoring in Business and International Relations. At the time of writing this, I’ve guided more than thirty-five students through the college admissions maze, one messy brainstorm to a polished personal statement at a time. My students have landed at Harvard, Duke, Columbia, Brown, UC Berkeley, the University of Michigan, and USC. I know what selective schools want to see, but more importantly, I know how to make your story sound like you.
